This two-fold product provides a highly enjoyable arts & crafts activity that, when finished, becomes a play set that generates a tremendous amount of imaginative play. The Shrinky Dinks themselves are flexible, wafer-thin pieces pre-cut in the shape of a multitude of different dinosaurs. Pre-printed on them are dark lines that define the dinos' features, with plenty of space for coloring them in using the eight colored pencils included. Once colored, baking them for 1 - 3 minutes causes them to not only shrink, but to evolve into harder, more dense pieces that retain their original shape and the child's artwork. The set comes with an easy to assemble 3-D playscape plus accessories that provide a home for the Shrinky Dinks, a detailed prehistoric world of fun and adventure that captivates and stimulates children's imaginations.
