The centerpiece of this delightful, multifaceted play set is an impressively detailed tri-level Pet House with built-in elevator, secret trap door, balcony, slides, a swinging hammock, a turning telescope, and more. Built into the Pet House are eight different Smart Point locations to which the included Go! Go! Smart Animals cat figure (Chloe the carefree cat) responds with a variety of songs, melodies, sounds and phrases. Even on her own, Chloe is quite entertaining. Pressing the light-up button on her head or rolling her along a surface elicits musical responses, spoken phrases and enlightening comments (C is for cat, I'm orange!, . . .) that kids soak up like sponges. Putting Chloe in the elevator and moving it up or down triggers playful interactions from her at each floor. Three light-up buttons at the top of the elevator introduce colors and time concepts, while the numerous components children manipulate during play (gears, hammock, flip-up board, trap door, . . .) help build fine motor skills.
