This highly entertaining game for the LeapPad Learning Tablet helps kids develop artistic skills through a series of drawing and guessing activities. Throughout, they are supported and cheered along by onscreen friends Dot, Dash, and Mr. Pencil. Children choose which of a group of onscreen objects they wish to draw (there are almost 200 in all), then recreate it using various onscreen art tools. When finished, they decide whether to have an at-home friend or Mr. Pencil guess what they have drawn by looking at it. The amount of detail and perspective required varies based on the difficulty level selected. Kids can also choose to have Mr. Pencil do the drawing (during which he provides a helpful running commentary on the types of lines and shapes he's using) while they venture the guesses. Kids earn stars and badges, view past masterpieces, and hone their manual dexterity and sense of shape, color, and space, all while having a mighty fine time.
