Stack the Scoops is an enormously fun, easy-to-learn card game in which players earn points by building sets from ice cream treats shown on the cards. Kids find the ever-changing visual feast of scoops, toppings and bases to be powerfully entertaining, while parents are more than a little happy about the game's educational features. After being dealt 7 cards apiece, players take turns adding a matching-color card to any one of the face up card stacks on the table. If the card played completes a set (1 base, 1 ice cream scoop and 1 topping of the same color and sometimes a bonus card), the player takes the set, which will be worth points to them at game's end. Each card has a point value displayed, so when the game is over and it's time for players to figure their scores, kids get to practice addition, and if bonus cards were used, multiplication too. From start to finish, Stack the Scoops' game play hums along like a well-oiled machine, inspiring plenty of laughter, conversation and camaraderie along the way!
