Life Cycle Wheel is one of the new products in 4M's exciting and enlightening Junior Steam series. Its ingenious construction let's children view images of living organisms at various stages in their life cycles, helping kids gain an understanding of how animals and plants grow and propagate. Six sets of life cycle cards are included (frog, bird, butterfly, ladybug, dog, apple). Each consists of 5 cards bearing colorful illustrations and one card that names each of the stages for that organism. By placing the cards in order in the set's rotating wheel and repeatedly pressing a button, youngsters advance the cards one at a time to a position directly behind the set's viewer, putting it prominently on display. Life Cycle Wheel fosters the development of observational skills, curiosity, and an appreciation for the wonders of science and the natural world.
