Escape E.V.I.L. is a richly imagined board game through which children develop a healthy curiosity about, and familiarity with, the wonders of chemistry. Players assume the role of scientists invited by Earth Vision Industrial Labs (E.V.I.L.) to help end world hunger. Upon learning that E.V.I.L.'s true intent is to rule the world, scientists/players find themselves imprisoned in the lab. Their only shot at freedom is to collect chemicals necessary to perform a distracting magic trick (the warden loves magic!) and escape via an underground fire escape. Moving on rolls of the die, players steal money from guards and buy (or reserve) chemicals needed to work their magic. A variety of colorful, high quality components (Pawns, Die, Magic Tricks, Chemical Cards, Color Markers, Steal Cards, Change Cards, Action Cards, and more) keep the exciting twists and turns flowing until one savvy player escapes the lab and wins!
